Eric F. Stoer - Chairman and Chief Executive Mr. Stoer serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and oversees the business, intellectual property and legal operations of the Company. He is an attorney with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has served on the boards of numerous public and private companies in the industry. Mr. Stoer led the way in establishing Boehringer Mannheim Pharmaceuticals Corporation in the United States and served on its Board of Directors until its acquisition by F. Hoffmann La Roche. Mr Stoer is also well recognized in the venture investment community, serving as a partner in CIP Capital and for 10 years on the Board of the Enterprise Investment Fund. |

Albert H. Owens, Jr., M.D. - President and Founder
Dr. Owens serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and manages the scientific and product development operations of the Company. Dr. Owens' experience as President of the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Founder of the JHU Oncology Center provides exceptional insight in the discovery and preclinical workup of numerous therapeutic agents as well as the design and implementation of clinical trials in conjunction with NCI, the FDA and other organizations. |

Susan M. Medghalchi, Ph.D. - Director, FASgen Biological Laboratory Dr. Medghalchi is the Director of FASgen Laboratories. She has a Ph.D. in molecular biology and microbiology from JHU. She has prior industry experience in laboratory management, including coordination of multi-center clinical trials, supervising laboratory performance and regulatory compliance, development of protocols, SOPs, QC, validation and overall compliance issues with OSHA, CAP, CLIA and state safety regulations. Dr. Medghalchi brings pertinent experience to the preclinical operations of the FASgen Laboratory. |
